I was born May 1st, 1971 to Barbara and Ron Sinard and grew up playing baseball
and being involved in Scouting.
I graduated from Cerritos High School in 1989. While I was in my senior year of high school,
I studied for my real estate license and took the state exam when I turned eighteen.
Immediately after high school, I went to work as a loan officer for Sunset Mortgage Banking.
In 1993, I became a loan processor and assistant loan officer. In 1994, my father died, and in
that same year, I started my own branch of a mortgage company out of my home. I grew that
branch, hiring several employees, and in 1996 expanded into an office in Cerritos, where we had apparent success as we rapidly grew
to 55 staff.
In 1999, I became very familiar with foreclosure loans and loss
mitigation. I put a management team in charge that grew the company to revenues of over four million a year and sold the company to an attorney.
In 2005 I got involved in business credit and I'm now involved in several ventures through equity partnerships. Primarily, I run an incubator which helps start up businesses expand.
I've lived in La Palma, CA for about twelve years now.
I am crazy about my fiance, Leslie, who is the most incredible woman I've ever met. We were introduced by a mutual friend of ours, Nikki. |
