Incubating

I own an incubating company that joint ventures with companies who want to expand. Often, when a company is in the start up phase, it may not have the money to roll out expensive infrastructure or marketing campaigns. However, having properly setup up infrastructure, automation, and marketing is what will drive the company's profits. My company exchanges equity in companies and then takes on the financial burdon of creating and paying for marketing campaigns that drive in the leads. We utilize pay per click, search engine optimization, affiliate programs, squeeze pages, drip marketing campaigns, and autoresponders. Additionally, we employ direct mail and telemarketing.

Copyright, Trademarks, and Partnership Agreements

I have gone through the school of hard knocks when it comes to unfair competition, corporate espionage, and theft. I have developed a comprehensive program that allows business owners to have real world protection for their business plans and intellectual property. Do not assume that become someone claims they are your friend that they will not later stab you in the back. I would recommend putting all of your agreements in writing, and making sure that they explicitly spell out what you expect from the other party. These agreements should be in place with any independent contractor, affiliate, or partner that you work with. Even if someone is a member of your church or is a "friend", making our 5 point plan a standard part of your everyday business life, just part of the "standard thing" that you do will save you from hassle, lost profits, and upset in the future.

Business Credit

I promote business credit lines for self employed business owners. We currently process over 100 applications per month. These loans are personally guaranteed by the owner, but the tax ID used is that of the business. Because the business itself is actually the entity borrowing the money, the loan balance and payments never show up on the owner's personal credit report. This is much better for the owner's FICO.

Land Development

I've been involved in projects in San Diego county and Hesperia. The developments involve the acquisition, and entitlement of land through to a final map.
